Preset review period options when publishing

Description: When publishing a Knowby, allow users to select from preset review period intervals rather than having to manually enter a date each time.

Proposed behaviour: A set of quick-select options when setting the review period at publish time, for example 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. The review date would be calculated automatically from the publish date.

Use case: Reduces friction in the publishing workflow and encourages consistent review scheduling across an organisation, particularly useful for teams managing large volumes of documents under a quality management system.
