Snipping tool possible when in browser?

Is it possible to add a in-browser snipping tool to make taking screenshots etc faster? Would be ideal when pressing add media button, the options are Video, Photo, Screenshot and the screenshot opens a snipping tool

Not sure if this is possible?

Current process - Open thing to be snipped, Open windows snipping tool, Ctrl+N, save image into folder, Press add media button in knowby, select photo, navigate to folder location.

Future process - Add media, press [Screenshot] button, snap appropriate screenshot
